Help Us Build Our Giving Program for Huffman ISD Students
Welcome! The Huffman ISD Education Foundation was established in 2015 by parents, educators, local businesses, and community leaders to support world-class education in Huffman public schools.The foundation provides funds for educational projects and activities that are beyond traditional funding and/or for which tax dollars cannot be expended. Foundation funds will be used for INSPIRE educational grants, programs to enhance student achievement, recognizing exemplary staff involvement, and encouraging community support and involvement.
Huffman Education Foundation
- Is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organization governed by a volunteer board of directors made up of business, community, and educational leaders.
- Partners with parents, teachers, and community to enhance education in Huffman ISD.
- Encourages creative approaches to education through private grants and involvement.
- Benefits Huffman ISD students, staff, and personnel by supporting activities not funded by tax dollars.
- Works to increase private support for educational activities in Huffman ISD.
This year we are working to build an endowment fund so that our activities can continue into the future in both good times and lean times. Help us make our work possible!
